Return & Refund Policy
How refunds work for WebAPIAlerts subscriptions.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel at any time from your billing/settings page, or via our Discord chat by messaging our support team. We will process cancellations promptly and confirm the effective date.
Refunds
If you experience an issue with the service, contact us within 14 days. We assess refunds case by case.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel directly in the app or via our Discord chat. To cancel in Discord, send a message to our support team with your account email; we’ll confirm and stop renewal at the end of your current billing period.
